Join us for our first Sunday Sound-Bath. Grounding into our being and connecting to our inner power with a strong focus on Gongs and Drumming. Ending the journey with gentle frequency of singing bowls, chimes and oceanic soundscape

What to expect:

Enjoy a powerful vibrational journey through the use of Crystal Singing bowls.

• Sacred Drumming + Gong Medicine

• Grounding with Crystal Singing Bowls

• Cleansing of elemental water chimes, wave drums and tuning forks

Please dress comfortably and arrive 5 minutes early in order to get settled. 

*Yoga mats and cushions are provided for this event. But please feel free to bring your own blankets, pillows, water and whatever else you need to lay down comfortably. 2 Arm Chairs available for those who can not lay down flat for the full event- must request prior to event.
