Retail:

  • Every item is made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to process.

    Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally begin processing the next business day.

  • We use USPS flat rate. All extra shipping cost such as upgrades, next day, signature required etc. should be requested before you place an order. please email info@lalunehealing.com

  • Generally, no. Due to sanitary reasons pillows, sleep masks and oil rollers can not be returned or exchanged.

  • Unused/ unopened/ undamaged accepted items may be exchanged for equal or lesser value. It is customers responsibility to cover shipping.

  • If product is damaged from production or fault of manufacturer an exchange will be offered.

    If product was damaged during shipping please place a claim with USPS so appropriate actions can be taken.

  • Absolutely yes! Our mission is to not only provide self care and wellness for your mind, body and spirit. But to also do our part in healing the earth.

    Some of the ways La Lune Healing practices sustainability:

    • We make small batches to order. Nothing goes to waste

    • Everything is made in house. No middle man needed

    • All fabric is hand dyed with plant based and/or eco friendly pigment

    • We source all materials from local and USA made

    • We use plant based compostable packaging for all of our pillows and sleep masks.

    • All bottles and jars are recyclable and reusable

    Although we are always a work in progress, please know that we try our best to take every green step possible.

Healing Sessions:

  • You can purchase online through our shop section and we will be in contact to confirm booking.

  • All of our healing sessions are also offered as distance sessions and is just as powerful as in person. Time and space has no meaning when it comes to this work. To learn more click here

  • I have a 24hr cancellation policy, no show or cancellations are non refundable. 

    Pleases arrive early as your appointment will start at scheduled time. If late it will be deducted from your session.

    *We ask you to respect our time as we do yours. We understand life happens but our policy is put into place for a reason.

  • Absolutely, We understand things come up. But as stated in our cancelation policy, please reach out at least 24hrs prior to your confirmed appointment in order to reschedule.

  • In-person sessions: we will have time before hand to chat about your intentions and ask any questions that are needed. I will walk you through what I will be doing and we will make sure you are comfortable.

    You will be laying down on a massage table, fully clothed, while I channel and connect to the healing energy.

    Everyones experience will be different. Some may feel hot/cold, tingles, see colors, or may even fall asleep.

    We will have time after our session to go over everything that came up and you will be giving some suggestions and tools to take with you.

    Distance Healing Sessions: This takes place wherever you feel most comfortable. I always suggest to find a quiet space where you will be uninterrupted.

    I will contact you via email 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time to check in, and then will email you a full recap of our session, everything is done through email, All I need is your name and location in order to connect to your energy.
