Join us for a special curated evening of a healing your inner child through guided hypnosis and somatic breath-work!
This is a very special collaborative, as we dive deep into self and hold space for old wounds to show up to be reframed and released in new and healthier way.
We’ll begin by arriving together—grounding into the space and clarifying the intention that calls you to be present for this offering. Once your intention takes form, Emily will gently guide the group inward… into that quiet, timeless space where thoughts become still and your deeper wisdom surfaces.
From this place, we’ll meet the inner child — the part of you that still longs to be seen, heard, and held. There, you listen. You witness. You remember how to show up for the most tender parts of yourself.
Lindsey will then guide you through a 2 part Pranayama Breath-work exercise which allows you to heal old memories and wounds that still live in the body.
After a 20 minute active breathing session you will have a 15 minute rest and integration period. This is where you will notice what came up for you.
Following the breath-work We will have ample time to journal and reflect. perhaps discuss and share if you feel called.

Yoga mats and blankets will be provided, but is suggested to bring anything you need to be comfortable for the duration of the class ( pillow, blanket, buster, water, journal/pen act)
Please arrive early to allow enough time to get settles. Doors open 15 minutes prior.
