A Specially curated class to help reconnect, balance and strengthen through gentle movement.

Arielle Correiais a balanced body certified movement instructor who blends strength, mindfulness, and intention into every class. Her Sacred Sculpt sessions combine sculpting Pilates-inspired movement with grounding yoga flows to tone, lengthen, and restore. Designed to feel both energizing and centering, each class helps you reconnect with your body and leave feeling balanced and strong.

Arielle also offers 1:1 and private group sessions upon request.

What is Sacred Sculpt?

Yoga and Pilates enhance physical and mental health by improving core strength, flexibility, posture, and body alignment through low-impact movements. Pilates specifically focuses on strengthening deep muscles and rehabilitation, while yoga emphasizes flexibility, balance, and mindfulness through breathing exercises. Both reduce stress and enhance overall, long-term wellbeing.

What to expect?

A full 45min of intentional movement in an intimate, sacred space. Guided support. And a community embrace.

Please arrive 5 minutes early to get settled. Dress in comfortable clothing.

It is suggested to bring your own yoga mat if you have. We do have mats for those who need.
