This is a Vessel to come and allow yourself to be poured into.

10 Minute SoundBed Immersion
7:00pm - 8:00pm:
Group Nervous System Reset with Emily Pavidis
Focusing on relaxation and connecting to self. Sinking into a trance like state, You will experience—a guided opportunity to tune into the physical, spiritual, and emotional body.

We also welcome walk In’s at first come first serve if openings are available.

Each service has 1 booking per time slot
Group Class from 7-8pm can hold up to 12 people
If interested in booking more than one service you will have to do so separately
email with any questions

*Sliding Scale Offerings are designed to pay what you can. This encourages us to “pay it forward”. Which enables more people to access healing opportunities that they may not be able to afford consistently. We encourage you to pay as much as you can to help take care of each other.
