• Guided meditation with Holy Fire Reiki

• Sacred Drumming

• Grounding with Crystal Singing Bowls

• Cleansing of elemental water chimes, wave drums and tuning forks

Please dress comfortably and arrive 5 minutes early in order to get settled. 

*Please feel free to bring your own blankets, pillows, water and whatever else you need to lay down comfortably. We do have limited yoga mats for those who need- first come first serve
