    AYURVEDIC HEALTH PRACTITIONER

    Elyse’s great joy is supporting perinatal clients through Ayurvedic care by preparing custom nurturing seasonal foods and herbal remedies, providing grounding bodywork and treatments, perinatal yoga,  and helping parents of newborns navigate the postpartum period so that they can feel held down to a cellular level . 

    Each person is unique and worthy of care that reflects how they can best be nourished and cared for. Providing client-centered care means the beautiful opportunity to slow down, truly listen the new parents needs,  and create a custom care plan that prioritizes what will best support them emotionally and physically.

    Elyse provides nursing bodywork every other Monday 4:30-8:30pm

    With a background in hypnosis, meditation, and holistic mind-body practices, Emily offers both in-person companionship and recorded audio journeys to guide women through moments of becoming—whether that’s preparing to give birth, grieving a loss, integrating an identity shift, or returning to oneself.

    Her work is rooted in deep presence, emotional attunement, and the belief that each threshold—birth, death, identity change, or inner awakening—is worthy of sacred attention.
