The session will be a 2 hour long comprehensive healing. Including but not limited too:
10 minute welcome walk and grounding through connecting to the land
10 minute meditation introduction with the horse
60 minute full hands on energy healing ( Combining multiple energy healing modalities. Such as Usui, Holy Fire and Seichim Reiki. All help to heal on a mind/body/soul level)
15 minute recap
5 minute closing meditation of gratitude
10 minute closing walk of grounding back into the body of full awareness.
*Prerequisite: you must be an existing client of mine / or need to book a separate 1:1 in office session first.
