How to use:
This is not only a great way to balance your Solar Plexus Chakra through Color Therapy and Crystal Healing - but can be used on any body part that needs extra love and attention.
*Use as is, warm it up or cool it down!*
-To Heat: Place in microwave for 30 second intervals as you want to make sure you to do not burn yourself as well as the filling inside.
-To Cool: Place in the freezer or fridge for an amazing cold pack. ( It is recommend to put in a plastic bag while chilling, so it won't pick up any oder -remove bag before using)
*Do not get pillow wet*
-Removable cover ( outer case only) - Hand wash with cold water and mild soap/ Lay flat to dry / light Iron
**Although this Pillow is unscented. Lentils do have a natural earthy aroma, that in time will dissipate.
