Every Pillow is filled with cooling 100% Raw Whole Flaxseeds. Flaxseeds are 100% gluten free and come from the US.
Scented pillows use locally grown dried Lavender buds and dried crushed Eucalyptus leaves. Along with a few drops of essential oil to help prolong the life of the scent.

How to use:
This is not only a great eye mask to help you fall asleep, but can be used for meditation as well as on any other body part that might need love and attention.
-To Heat: Place in microwave for 30 second intervals as you want to make sure you to do not burn yourself as well as the flaxseeds inside.
-To Cool: Place in the freezer or fridge for an amazing cold pack for puffiness, bruises, headaches or migraines. ( it is recommend to put in a plastic bag while chilling, so it won't pick up any oder -remove bag before using)
