Please come prepared, bring whatever you need to get comfy:( blankets, mats, pillows, journal, water etc) Yoga mats + blankets are provided . We do have 2 arm chairs for those who are unable to lay flat. ( please email to request prior to event)

Our Monthly group sound bath for the collective are held on the second Friday of each month from 7:00 - 8:00pm
Each Month we offer curated workshop and events for the community.
